We have worked on planning applications both for Residential developments and for Industrial & Commercial. We work on residential planning applications at a rate of around one a week. Hence, since the company’s inception in 1997, we have worked on well over a thousand such applications. We also have worked on almost 600 planning applications for industrial and commercial developments. Together with Charlie’s experience of planning applications from 1983 onwards, this means we have a great deal of knowledge in this field.
We advise clients on the design of new mechanical services installations and on how to reduce the noise of existing ones. If mechanical services plant noise is limited by a condition in a planning application, we can deal with it.
